Common questions.
How long does the whole process take?
Typically 5–8 days from quote approval to delivery. Bridal and complex couture may take longer — your boutique will confirm timelines upfront.
Do I need to visit the boutique?
No. Measurements happen over a video call guided by the boutique, with a Sewzo admin present. We handle fabric pickup and delivery.
What if the fit isn't perfect?
Fit issues, stitching errors, and finishing problems reported within 5 days of delivery are corrected free of charge for the first two attempts. Design changes after approval are chargeable.
How does payment work?
50% advance after you approve the quote, 50% after you approve the finished outfit photos/video. No cash on delivery.
Can I negotiate the quote?
Yes — up to 2 rounds of counter-offers per order, as specified in our marketplace policy.
Will the boutique see my contact details?
Never. All coordination runs through Sewzo. Your phone, email, and address stay private.
